Speed Training Drills
* Don’t do these drills following weight training or other demanding training routines.
* Do a selection of four or five exercises from the odd and even number workouts on alternating days.
* Warm up, but don’t do any static stretching before performing the workout.
* Perform all sprints at GAME SPEED. Recover between sprints long enough to be able to do subsequent exercises at top speed and perfect form.
* 1. 10x10x100: sprint 10yd, jog 10yd, for a total of 100 yes
* 2. Split Jumps: 30 seconds or if no timer, 20 reps.
* 3. Resistance Run ( with towel ) Resist partners run for 10 yds., release towel and continue sprint for another 10 yds.

* 6. Pike Sit-ups
* 7. Toe Hops
* 8. Partner Mini Squat With Toe Raise
* 9. One Leg Hops
* 10. Bounding (10 yds.)
* 11. Plyo-push-ups
* 12. Continuous Two Leg Hops (10 yds.)
