Thank you for those who have volunteered to house.

Sitka Housers: (5/19-20) We only need four housers Doutt, Hopson, Huntley,  Smith Joel and Marnon’s and Ortega’s are emergency backups.

Sitka will be arriving Friday. Not sure at this point whether they will delivered to the high school or the field. Will update when I know. The depart on Sunday @ 10:36am on AK Air.

Tuesday 5/16 Girl’s Sr night BBQ Coordinators: Campbell, Deitz and Miller.

Jeanne Miller (Friday) and Sharon Mosher (Saturday) will be supervising the weekend (January 13th-14th) concessions slots. Be there at 7:15. We have too many players that volunteered so we’ll have a draw tonight at Open Play. Sherrod and JJ have automatic slots because their parents are supervising.
